The Dip Tradition


           As I watch my family make this wonderful dip, I sit there and drool over the taste that is in my head from the last time we made it. Bowls everywhere, music blaring, friends and family talking, laughter, dogs running around, and everyone having a wonderful time. Even though it doesn't take long to make, it is very easy and very wonderful. I still remember when my mom made it for the first time, I thought I was in heaven when I first tasted it. I was absolutely amazing. The dip may not look so god, but once you taste it, you will think otherwise. As I watch my family, I think to myself, " I love my life, family, and friends."

             USA gender roles do not always make since to me, but they may to you . Although, women are just as much capable of hard work as men are. Kathy Stag's is a soldier, and her husband is a stay at home dad. Personally, I think that those gender roles should be switched. I think that husband needs to be in the army instead of his wife because of the hard work and danger.

          To me, women aren't supposed to work as hard as the men are. Now I'm not saying that they cant work, because they can. They just need to have more careful jobs. For another instance, a women was working in the booming company, and her husband was a designer. I think he needs to work at the booming company and let her be the designer.

           I believe that when I am married, I will have a good enough job to support my family so my wife won’t need to work. That’s just how I was raised. A women can work if she wants to work though.

          To me, I don’t think gender roles are necessary, but some people may. I think the man should work his butt off to support his family, not the women. Women lives and men lives are very different.
